  AS our SPONSOR or a PARTNER AN INDIVIDUAL OR ORGANIZATION PROVIDES FUNDS, GOODS OR SERVICES NEEDED FOR EVERYDAY OPERATION OF P.J.D.F or A SPECIFIC EVENT or campaign. DURING our EVENTS OUR PARTNERS MAY EXIBIT AT THE EVENT & THEIR LOGO WILL BE A PERMANENT FEATURE ON ALL OF THE PRINTED MATERIALS.

OUR EVENTS 

Dance for Diabetes Annual Gala - this event is unique and the goal is to raise funds for the foundation and or specific task.  You can help by sponsoring raffle prizes or auction items, buying a table for your company, or help us by offsetting the costs of the event itself. All assistance is greatly appreciated and you or you company will be mentioned during the event.

Together We Conquer Obstacles - this public awareness campaign about juvenile diabetes takes place at horse jumping competitions and happens throughout the year,  all around Poland. We always look for new partners for these events.  We alway need purse money for winner's of our competition, trophies, ribbons, gifts for the riders and attendees, promo gadgets, bouncy castle sponsoring, face painting for children etc... We need certified nurses to perform free glucose testing to the public as well as meters and test strips and supplies for this task.

Diabetic Friendly Schools - This campaign is an ongoing effort to provide safe environments for insulin dependent kids in education facilities throughout Poland. You can sponsor our diabetic educators fees, printed materials for the sessions, catering, snacks, drinks, hotel/travel arrangements for our staff when sessions take place in the field. We also need conference rooms if the school is not providing us with the space or the space isn't adaptable for our needs. We need to purchase a interactive board and projector suitable for travel - so if your company can donate these items to us it would be wonderful.
